The short answer: The best marketing agency in Jeddah for your business is one that measures its work in calls, messages and orders rather than views, explains its plan in plain language, tells you who will run your account, and works properly in Arabic and English. The agencies below all have an office in Jeddah. Compare them using the checklist after the list, not by the length of their service menus.

How we chose

Each agency on this list had to meet five conditions, checked on its own website:

  • It offers marketing services, such as digital marketing, ads, social media or SEO.
  • Its website shows an office in Jeddah.
  • Its website loads and is current.
  • It lists the services it actually provides.
  • It shows whether it works in Arabic, English or both.

We did not rank agencies by size, price or results. We can’t check those from the outside, so we left them out. Only nine agencies met every condition, so the list has nine entries.

How to choose a marketing agency in Jeddah

Use these checks in every meeting, whichever agency you’re talking to.

  1. It measures customers, not views. Views, likes and click rates help the team running the campaign, but they don’t tell you whether customers came. Ask to see a sample report. A good one shows calls, messages and forms, the cost of each lead, and what changes next month.
  2. It explains the plan before you sign. Ask for the first three steps on one page, and why they come in that order.
  3. It tells you who runs your account. Ask who writes the ads, who edits the website and who you call when you need something.
  4. It connects the channels. An ad that promises something the landing page doesn’t mention wastes budget. A good agency treats ads, website, SEO and social media as one plan, even if it starts with one channel.
  5. It checks your website before sending traffic. Paid visits to a slow or unclear site are wasted. Ask whether they’ll review your site before launching campaigns, and whether they’ll tell you plainly if it needs work. If it does, see what website design in Jeddah involves before the ads start.
  6. It works properly in both languages. Your customers in Jeddah may search in Arabic, in English or in both. Ask whether the agency writes content in each language or translates it.
  7. It sets up tracking first. Without conversion tracking, nobody can say which channel brought a customer. Ask how they will track calls, WhatsApp messages and forms.
  8. It doesn’t promise guaranteed results. Google’s own guide on hiring an SEO says no one can guarantee a #1 ranking on Google, and no agency controls ad auctions or social media algorithms either. Ask what they expect, over what timeframe, and how they’ll measure it.

Warning signs. Think again if you hear any of these: guaranteed results or a first-place ranking within days, reports full of numbers that never mention calls or orders, no clear answer about who will work on your account, a long contract before you see any work, and ad accounts set up in the agency’s name instead of yours.

Questions to ask before you sign. Ask every agency the same questions and compare the answers side by side. What will you do in the first two months? How do you measure results, and can I see a sample report? Who will work on my account, and how do I reach them? Are the ad accounts, the Google Business Profile and the website domain in my name? What happens if a channel isn’t working? How does the contract end if I decide to stop?

Frequently asked questions

How much does a marketing agency in Jeddah cost?

It depends on the channels, the ad budget and how much content is needed. Agencies charge a monthly management fee, a project fee or both, and the ad spend is usually separate. Ask for a written scope so you can compare offers on what’s included.

Should I choose an agency in Jeddah or one in Riyadh?

Most digital marketing work can be done from anywhere in Saudi Arabia. A Jeddah agency is easier to meet in person and may know the local market and districts better. What matters more is whether the agency tracks results and works well in your customers’ language.

Which marketing channel should I start with?

Start where your customers already look for you. Many service businesses start with Google: a complete Google Business Profile and search ads for their main services. Brands selling to a broad audience often start with social media.

How soon will I see results?

Ads can bring enquiries within days of launch if the setup and landing page are right. SEO and content take longer to build. Ask each agency what it expects for your business, and when it will report.
