The short answer: The best SEO agency for your business is one that starts with an audit of your site, explains its plan for the first months, works on technical SEO, content and local search together, writes real Arabic content, and reports on visits and enquiries. It should never guarantee a first-place ranking. The agencies below all offer SEO and work in Saudi Arabia. Use the checklist after the list to compare them.
How we chose
Each agency on this list had to meet five conditions, checked on its own website:
- It offers SEO as a named service.
- It has an office in Saudi Arabia or clearly says it serves the Saudi market.
- Its website loads and is current.
- It explains what its SEO work includes.
- It shows whether it works in Arabic, English or both.
We did not rank agencies by size, price or results. We can’t check those from the outside, so we left them out.

How to choose an SEO agency in Saudi Arabia
Use these checks with any agency, on this list or not.
- It doesn’t guarantee first place. Google’s own guide on hiring an SEO says no one can guarantee a #1 ranking on Google. A guarantee is a warning sign.
- It starts with an audit of your site. A plan written before anyone looks at your site is a generic plan. A real audit finds the technical problems, the weak pages and what to fix first.
- It explains the first months. Ask what happens in month one, two and three. “We’ll optimise your site” is not a plan.
- It works on technical SEO and content together. Good content won’t rank if Google can’t index it, and a clean site won’t rank if it doesn’t answer what people search for.
- It writes real Arabic content. Machine-translated or keyword-stuffed Arabic doesn’t convince readers. Ask to see Arabic pages they wrote.
- It covers local search. If your customers are in one city, your Google Business Profile and the local pack may matter more than the regular results.
- It builds links cleanly. Ask where links come from. Google’s spam policies treat buying or selling links for ranking purposes as link spam.
- It reports on enquiries, not only rankings. A good report links rankings to visits, calls and form submissions.
Warning signs. Stop and ask more if you hear any of these: a first-page ranking guaranteed by a set date, thousands of links for a fixed fee, no clear answer about what will change on your site, reports that show rankings but no visits or enquiries, and no mention of your Google Business Profile when your business is local.
Questions to ask before you sign. Ask every agency the same questions and compare the answers. What did you find in your first look at my site? What is your plan for the first three months? Who will actually work on my site? Where will links come from? Do you write the Arabic content yourselves? What does the monthly report include? Google’s guide adds a few more worth asking: what results to expect and over what timeframe, what experience the agency has in your industry and your city, and whether it will share every change it makes to your site.

Frequently asked questions
How much does an SEO agency cost in Saudi Arabia?
It depends on the size of your site, how many cities and languages you target, and how much content you need. Agencies price SEO as a monthly retainer, a one-off project or a mix. Ask for a written scope so you can compare offers on what’s included, not just the price.
How long does SEO take to show results?
Google Business Profile and local fixes can show movement within weeks. First movement in organic rankings typically takes 2 to 4 months, because Google needs time to crawl, trust and rank new work. Ask each agency what timeframe it expects for your site and how it will measure progress.
Should I hire an agency or a freelancer?
An agency usually has more people to cover technical work, content and links. A freelancer is often closer to your business but has less time. What matters is knowing who works on your site and that the plan covers what your site needs.
Do I need SEO in both Arabic and English?
If your customers search in both languages, yes. Each language needs its own keyword research and its own pages, written for that reader.
